Amenities

• All cabins have lakeside decks & gas barbeque grills and binoculars

• All cabins have bathrooms with showers and kitchens.  The kitchens are equipped with: coffee pot & filters, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, refrigerator & cooking facilities.

• All cabins have bath & kitchen towels & bed linens & hair dryers

• All cabins have a flat screen TV with ROKU TV/DVD Player and free unlimited Wi-Fi internet access.

• No smoking allowed in cabins.

• We recycle -- please review guidelines posted in your cabin.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed in cabins. We suggest contacting Janet @ Waggin Tales (218.525.4842) for information on the neighborhood boarding kennel.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

• Cancellation policy - Stay of 3 nights or less: 21 days minimum notice and a $60 cancellation fee. Stay of 4 nights or more: 30 day minimum notice and a $60 cancellation fee.

• Last Minute Cancellations:  Refunds are available only if the cabin can be rented for the reserved dates. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if more than one reservation fills the open dates. No cancellations are accepted due to weather.

Rates

 

• Rates displayed are cash or check rates. Payment by credit card, debit card, digital wallet, or any other electronic payment will incur a 3.5% convenience fee. Payments by cash or check avoid this fee. 

• Rates quoted are per night and subject to state, county, and city taxes, and a resort service fee.

• Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice.

• All rates are based on 1 or 2 people. Additional guests - $18 per person per night (including children 1 year or older).

• Holiday stays, Valentine's Day, Grandma's Marathon & In-line Marathon, Bayfront Blues Festival & MEA weekends require a three-night minimum with each night incurring the weekend rates.

• Weekend rates apply to both nights for reservations, including Thu/Fri, Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun.
