Rental Policies & Information

1. All cabins have lakeside decks & barbeque grills.
2. All cabins have bathrooms with showers & kitchens equipped with coffee pot & filters, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, refrigerator & cooking facilities.
3. All cabins have a flat screen TV with DirecTV and built in DVD player.
4. All cabins have FREE Wi-Fi internet access.
5. All cabins have bath & kitchen towels & bed linens.
6. Check in time is anytime after 3:00 pm -- check out time by 10:30 am.
7. No smoking allowed in cabins and no pets allowed.
8. Rates quoted are per night and subject to state tax and a resort service fee.
9. Weekend rates apply to both nights for reservations including Thu/Fri, Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun.
10. Holiday stays require a three-night minimum.
11. Cancellation Policy -- Stay of 3 days or less, 2-week minimum notice and $50 cancellation fee. 4 or more days, 30-day minimum notice and $50 cancellation fee.
12. Last Minute Cancellations -- Refunds available only if cabin can be rented for your reserved dates.
13. We recycle -- please review guidelines posted in your cabin.
14. Wood for fireplaces or bonfires can be purchased at Dodges. (Stone fire rings are located on the ledgerock of shoreline.)
15. Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice.
16. Additional guests -- $15.00 per person per day (including children 1 year and older).
17. All rates are based on 1 or 2 people.
18. Visa & Mastercard are welcome.
19. A  fee may be charged for an unauthorized late check out.
20. Gift Certificates are available.
