Rental Policies & Information

1. All cabins have lakeside decks & barbeque grills.
2. All cabins have bathrooms with showers & kitchens equipped with coffee pot, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, refrigerator & cooking facilities.
3. All cabins have bath & kitchen towels & bed linens.
4. Check in time is anytime after 3:00 pm -- check out time by 10:30 am.
5. No smoking allowed in cabins and no pets allowed.
6. Wood for fireplaces or bonfires can be purchased at Dodges.
7. Cancellation Policy -- Stay of 3 days or less, 2 week minimum notice. 4 or more days, 30 day minimum notice.
8. Last Minute Cancellations -- Refunds available only if cabin can be rented for your reserved dates.
9. Rates are subject to change without notice.
10. All rates are based on 1 or 2 people.
11. Additional guests -- $10.00 per person per day (including children 1 year and older).
12. Visa & Mastercard are welcome.
